We are seeking a motivated and organised Volunteer Film Festival Coordinator Assistant to support the planning, coordination and delivery of the upcoming Red Poppy Film Festival to be held on Friday 6 March till Sunday 8 March 2026 at the Art Gallery of NSW. This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about film, events, and festival management.
The successful applicant will gain hands-on festival experience, meet filmmakers and industry guests, attend Q&As, receptions, awards, and planning meetings, plus receive a certificate or reference recognising their contribution.
